SHIPPING POLICY

We believe slow fashion deserves time and care.As many of our products are made to order, please allow 7–14 business days for processing and dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and order volume during launches.Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details. Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We create in limited quantities to reduce excess and encourage thoughtful purchasing.. 
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. 
However, exchanges may be accepted in case of:

  • incorrect product received 

  • size issues

  • damaged items upon delivery

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order along with clear images and order details.
Items must be:

  • unused 

  • unworn 

  • in original condition

Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process. 
Please note:

  • slight variations in print placement or color are a natural part of the production process and not considered defects.

  • shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
